Rental Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Valid ID Proof Required: Customers must provide a government-issued photo ID and address proof at the time of rental.
  • 2. Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
  • 3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required based on the device type. The deposit will be refunded after safe return of the equipment.
  • 4. Minimum Rental Period: Minimum rental period is 7 days. Monthly and long-term rentals are available at discounted rates.
  • 5. Device Pickup & Delivery: Customers can either opt for doorstep pickup/delivery or visit our warehouse. Extra delivery charges may apply depending on location.
  • 6. Device Condition: Devices are provided in fully functional and clean condition. They must be returned in the same working condition along with any accessories or packaging (if provided).
  • 7. Damage Liability: Any physical or internal damage caused during the rental period will be chargeable and deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
  • 8. Usage Restriction: Devices must not be used for illegal, unethical, or high-risk activities. Misuse may result in legal action and immediate termination of the rental agreement.
  • 9. Technical Support: Free technical assistance will be provided during the rental period for hardware or software-related issues.
  • 10. Late Return Charges: Late return of equipment will incur daily penalty charges unless a prior extension is approved by us in writing.
  • 11. Cancellation Policy: Rentals cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee. No refund for cancellations made after dispatch.
