Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Q Technologies Laptop Store, we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please contact our support team with your order number.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• Product delivered is damaged or defective
• Wrong item sent (model or variant mismatch)
• Order was cancelled within the valid window

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened/used products unless found defective
• Change of mind after delivery
• Missing original packaging/accessories

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Card/UPI/PayPal).

5. Exchange Option

If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we can arrange for a replacement instead of a refund upon request.
