Company Rules & Policies

  1. Employees must carry their company-issued ID card at all times while on office premises.
  2. Attendance must be marked daily before 09:15 AM. Repeated late markings may attract disciplinary action.
  3. Casual Leave (CL) & Sick Leave (SL) Paid Leave (Annual/Vacation) β€” A combined total of 2.5 days per month is allowed. CL should be requested at least 2 days in advance; SL should be communicated by 09:00 AM on the day of absence. CL and SL cannot be taken consecutively without a valid business justification. Unused CL/SL cannot be carried forward beyond the year. Paid leave may be carried forward only within the same calendar year and cannot be carried over to the next year.
  4. Unpaid Leave β€” Allowed only when paid leave is exhausted or for exceptional circumstances. Requires prior approval. Unpaid leave is without pay and cannot be carried forward to the next year.
  5. Company assets (laptop, bag, uniform, ID card, etc.) must be returned on resignation or termination. Damages to company assets will be subject to penalties as per company policy.
  6. Internet and company email are to be used strictly for official purposes. Personal use must be limited and compliant with IT policy.
  7. Confidential company information must not be disclosed outside the organization. Data handling policies must be followed at all times.
  8. Employees are expected to maintain professional conduct with colleagues, clients and partners.
  9. Dress code is to be observed on Mondays and Fridays; business-appropriate attire is expected.
